Questions people ask
Who can rent?
Current or incoming University of Hong Kong students (undergraduate, postgraduate, exchange). We ask for your student ID or offer letter.
How long is the lease?
Standard lease is 12 months. Shorter terms for exchange students may be possible, ask us.
What's the deposit?
Two months' rent, returned at the end of the lease if the room is in good condition.
Are bills included?
Yes: water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent.
Can I see the room before I arrive in Hong Kong?
Yes. We do video viewings on WhatsApp or WeChat.
Can couples or two people share a room?
The rooms are for one person each.
Can I cook?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped and shared with your flatmates.
